We’re Able to Live Each Day Knowing no Challenge is too Great for Us

While reading this quotation today, I felt it particularly fitting of Alzheimer’s caregivers. The daily tasks can be so daunting, one is initially inclined to believe they can’t possibly do it. Self-doubt seeps in: “I’m not strong enough. I don’t have the patience. I’m not a nurse. This is beyond my scope of capability.” But somehow we rise to the occasion. The human spirit is truly formidable, the way we persevere. And when we do, we’re able to live each day knowing no challenge is too great for us.

What an amazing feeling that is!
